Mohab Wagdy: Executive Producer and Business Manager
He attained his Master's in Business Administration from Michigan State University in 1998, with a concentrations in finance and marketing. Mo went onto Ernst and Young in Chicago as a Financial Services Consultant and then onto Deloitte & Touche in Miami as a Corporate Tax Consultant. It took Mo 5 long years to decide that the "cube life" wasn't for him, but the experience managing people and coordinating clientele proved to be invaluable. A lover of film and an avid editing hobbyist, Mo
decided to leave the geezers in Florida and head back up to the wintery north. Although it took months, he finally initiated himself into film production, sans any personal connections to industry. Four years later, Mo has created a niche for himself, knowing virtually everyone in the entire community. Along the way MoFest was created, a festival that celebrates the ideas and creativity of Chicago crew members. MoFest will be celebrating its 4th festival in November, 2008 and continues to grow with its help from the community and its latest partnership with Damoco Films.
